Should my scooter be serviced ?

Preventive maintenance is key, the better looked after a motorcycle or a car is, the lower are chances of it breaking down.  With our focus in this post being solemnly on HONDA Benly scooters we (at Value Bikes) can guarantee this bikes are “Made to Last” – 70, 80 or even 90 thousand Kms can easily be achieved along with proper maintenance however the sad truth is that these scooter get trashed or crashed before their engine fail.

Preventive maintenance is your friend, the best way to avoid spending money is to spend money in advance ! Trust me, you will be better off servicing your car or motorcycle on time than waiting for something to break. Daniel Altran, Value Bikes Pty ltd.

The most crucial part of maintenance which is often neglected when it come to fleet maintenace is a regular oil change. We highly encourage people to at least change the oil in their Benly MW110 evry 3000kms. Although this might look a little to often for some, we have a track record of fleet maintenance since 2015 (on Honda Benly) and this is the key to keep your engine healthy and quiet. We also highly encourage people to look at the air filter and spark plug every second service (6000kms). Do I know more than a Honda engineer to have an input on the service schedule ? Definitively not the point,  but I can guarantee you we have serviced enough delivery scooters in order to form this idea which back our claims.
