Scooter condition VS delivery times

After managing fast food restaurants for over 5 years then working as fleet manager immediately after, my mentality always run trying to make things faster. Yet I see people running delivery businesses all the time and completely OVERLOOK the relation between “Quality delivery bikes and Fast Service times”.

The quote above from 2017 was just another example of an unsatisfied driver whilst going on a delivery and although management may not see that correlation, a well serviced and kept fleet can highly increase your staff productivity (delivery times) and decrease turnover.
